The tree removal service was great and very timely. The root grinding happened several months later. The invoice came months after that - even after I had contacted the office twice requesting the bill. The third time was a charm. Glad there’s one person in the office that knows what she’s doing!

I must say the crews work was spectacular. I believe I acted too soon and should have insisted that I have the tree topped off by 15 feet and then had the four lower heavy branches heavy cabled. I could have always at any time called back to have the tree cut completely to the ground if necessary. I wish I was offered that option initially. My yard is now scorching hot during the day and it is impossible to use the yard in the daytime especially if it is sunny. I am really bothered that I agreed to the recommendation of the rep in place of making an effort to save the tree. Mike

The team was amazing! I had 4 huge trees for the to shape. Now several months later my yard is fabulous They were professional, efficient and will most likely have them return in the fall
